COMMERCIAL TERMS & GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Delivery Terms: Ex-Works Istanbul factory or FOB Pendik Ro-Ro Port unless otherwise agreed. DAP site delivery is coordinated with certified international heavy hauliers.
2. Transportation: Volumetric 3D modules are transported via specialized extendable lowbeds and Ro-Ro maritime corridors with escort permits coordinated prior to dispatch.
3. Loading: Factory overhead crane loading onto haulage lowbeds is provided free of charge during standard factory working hours.
4. Quality & Compliance: Modules are manufactured strictly under EN 1090-2 (EXC3), Eurocode 3 structural standards, CE marking, and ISO 9001/14001 factory audits.
5. Validity: This indicative proposal and engineering brief remains valid for 15 calendar days from issuance date.
6. Payment Schedule: 40% contract advance payment upon engineering freeze; 40% upon completed factory assembly and MEP inspection sign-off; 20% prior to dispatch from factory.
