Production coordination reviews structural openings, service routes, wet areas, façade edges and module-to-module connections. Decisions that affect ordered materials or factory operations are recorded. The package identifies which details belong to a repeated type and which must change for a particular floor, dwelling or block.

The commissioned outputs can include fabrication and assembly drawings, module identifiers, material schedules, tolerances and inspection references. Transport supports, lifting interfaces and packaging requirements are coordinated with the relevant specialists. A clear document register records which drawing revision is approved for each manufacturing batch.

Production release follows an agreed approval sequence. A later change is assessed against procurement, completed work, engineering and the installation programme before it is accepted. For phased developments, this prevents an approved improvement to a future batch from being confused with the documentation of modules already manufactured.
