Stairs, lifts, corridors, entrance areas, service shafts and plant spaces influence the building arrangement from the beginning. Balconies, roofs and façade zones may also cross module boundaries. Their location and responsibility need to be established before apartment layouts are treated as ready for repeated manufacture.

The coordination process records interfaces with structural, fire, acoustic, accessibility, services and local approval specialists as required by the project. Each discipline’s inputs and review points are visible. Coordination does not replace a specialist report, independent check or statutory appointment; those services have their own defined authors and scope.

Deliverables can include a building-interface matrix, coordinated shared-area plans, decisions register and factory/site division. Repeated apartment types reduce duplication only within controlled limits. Core arrangements, building height, location and common systems still need assessment for each block and each approved configuration.
