The proposal can combine document briefings, remote meetings and planned site attendance. The choice depends on the project complexity, local team experience and critical installation stages. The first block or first use of a detail may need closer coordination than a later repetition with the same trained team.

Technical support can explain the installation sequence, approved connections, tolerances and information required before work is concealed. Observations and questions are logged, assigned and followed through to a documented resolution. The scope states which checks are observations, which require evidence from the contractor and who authorises changes.

Supervision does not automatically supply installation labour, crane operations, site management or statutory inspection. Visit duration, working hours, travel, accommodation and additional attendance are defined commercially. A named communication route helps the local team obtain answers without assuming that informal guidance changes the design or contract.
