Confirm the site and lifting plan
Before mobilisation, the parties review access, foundations, anchor locations, working areas and the lifting arrangements. The installation contractor, crane provider and site manager need compatible plans. Where cores or other elements are built locally, their completion and tolerances must match the intended module sequence.
Connect each required layer
Installation can include placement, structural fastening, weather seals, insulation continuity, acoustic interfaces and specified fire-related junctions. Services connections and local finishes follow their coordinated details. Work items are checked before they are concealed, with records and outstanding tasks linked to the relevant module or building zone.
Define resources and handover
The offer identifies labour, lifting equipment, local assistance, travel, accommodation and tools where applicable. External utilities, earthworks and landscaping are separately described. Progress moves toward commissioning through an agreed inspection and punch-list process; the production period alone does not describe the time needed to complete the site.
