Export and Modular Logistics
Road, sea and intermodal routing from factory gate to final foundation with shrinkwrap protection.
Concrete Deliverables & Engineering Outputs
Every delivery includes fully coordinated CAD/BIM models, verified calculation sheets and quality acceptance records.
Route Survey & Transit Permits
Customs Export Declaration Sets
Synchronized Site Delivery Schedule
Inputs Required from Client & Site
Exact destination plot address, road access width, bridge clearances and on-site staging space.
Scope Boundaries & Clear Responsibilities
Transit freight and customs are defined per agreed Incoterms; local municipal road closure fees are billed as per destination codes.
Detailed Methodology & Execution Scope
Select a route that fits the load
Road, sea or combined options are reviewed against the actual module geometry and destination. A transportable module is not automatically a standard-container load. Route restrictions, handling points and last-mile access must be assessed with transport providers before a firm delivery solution or price is agreed.
Show the cost boundaries
The logistics proposal separates freight, packaging, loading, insurance, customs handling, destination charges and unloading as applicable. Taxes, duties, permits, escorts, waiting and storage need explicit allocation. The named delivery point and commercial terms are recorded so the client can understand where one party’s scope ends and another begins.
Coordinate deliveries with installation
A shipping sequence follows module identities and site readiness. For blocks or developments, delivery batches should support the planned assembly order and available storage space. Freight quotations have stated validity and assumptions; changes to the route, timing, dimensions or site conditions may require an updated logistics offer.
Standard 4-Step Delivery Process
All interfaces between engineering, factory line and on-site assembly follow a verified schedule.
Brief & Zoning
Site zoning, dwelling mix and preliminary budget limits defined.
BIM & Eurocode
Eurocode 3 structural frame and LOD 400 MEP coordination completed.
Module Assembly
Climate-controlled production and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Crane Lift & Sign-Off
Swift crane installation, weather sealing and turnkey handover.
Frequently Asked Questions about this Service
How are oversized modules transported cross-border?
On specialized extendable low-bed semi-trailers overland or via Ro-Ro maritime vessels to destination European ports.
How are modules shielded from weather during transit?
Every module is hermetically heat-sealed in heavy-gauge industrial shrinkwrap with desiccants, completely watertight and dustproof.
Who manages customs clearance operations?
Export declaration from Türkiye is executed by SERMODULA, while import clearance is coordinated end-to-end with our destination broker.
Which destination markets can be served?
All EU member states, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and 55 countries with established logistical corridors.
What transit insurance coverage is provided?
All modules are covered by comprehensive All-Risk freight insurance from the factory gate until hook-off by the jobsite crane.
