Access to the SERMODULA platform, ownership of architectural and engineering intellectual property, preliminary feasibility tools, quotation procedures and delivery demarcation across 57 European destinations are governed by the binding framework below.
By accessing, browsing or utilizing the digital tools, architectural briefs and downloadable technical documentation hosted on www.sermodula.com and its respective international language directories, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
SERMODULA reserves the right to amend, update or adapt these terms in response to technological enhancements, statutory regulatory changes or manufacturing protocols. Continued use following publication constitutes formal acceptance.
All architectural drawings, volumetric steel unit typologies, facade compositions, 3D renderings, BIM models, structural connection logics, work package matrices, software routines and brand trademarks hosted on this domain are the proprietary intellectual property of SERMODULA, protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 and the international Berne Convention.
No design, technical detail or BIM object may be copied, licensed, reverse-engineered or handed to third-party steel fabricators or contractors without explicit prior written authorization from SERMODULA. Any infringement will be prosecuted under national and international intellectual property law.
Estimations generated by our cost calculators, design fee indicators, typological guides and destination cost brackets are preliminary planning benchmarks formulated for early-stage feasibility. They do not constitute a formal contractual offer or binding tender.
Based on standardized European reference assumptions. Does not account for site-specific slope, bearing strata limitations or seismic micro-zonation.
Formally executed in writing by SERMODULA Project Management following geotechnical borehole reports and signed contract specifications.
SERMODULA adheres to transparent demarcation lines between offsite fabrication and onsite construction. Unless explicitly negotiated, delivery scope is structured as follows:
Fabrication of steel frames under EN 1090-2 (EXC3), precision robotic assembly, installation of CE-certified acoustic/thermal insulation, internal factory MEP rough-in, quality verification and international road/maritime transport to destination parcel (DAP/DDP).
Site clearance, excavation, reinforced concrete foundation slab/piles, perimeter fencing, mobile crane hire, municipal utility connections (water, sewer, grid power) and external landscaping. SERMODULA supervision is strictly technical assembly guidance.
Statutory building permit procedures, urban regulations and fire codes are governed by municipal authorities in each destination (e.g. German Landesbauordnung, French Code de l'urbanisme, Dutch Omgevingswet). Consequently:
SERMODULA volumetric assemblies and engineered steel systems are subject to the following warranty boundaries:
