Inputs Required from Client & Site

Municipal utility connection points (grid, water, sewer), invert levels and local discharge permits.

Can start before every survey is complete

Scope Boundaries & Clear Responsibilities

Provides interface coordination; physical trenching, pipe laying and road paving are built by client's civil works contractors.

Transparent boundaries and zero hidden costs

Detailed Methodology & Execution Scope

01

Connect capacities and locations

Building demands, service entry points and finished levels provide inputs for the site designers. Water, wastewater, power, communications and drainage need coordinated routes and connection responsibilities. Available utility information and local authority requirements are brought into the review; missing capacity or connection data is recorded for resolution.

02

Align infrastructure with phases

The first occupied phase may depend on works serving later phases. Access roads, temporary routes, distribution networks and shared facilities therefore need an explicit sequence. The coordination study identifies these dependencies so construction logistics and long-term operation can be considered together rather than as separate last-minute decisions.

03

Specify what is being designed or built

The service can produce an interface plan, capacity brief, route and phase diagrams and a responsibility schedule. Detailed civil engineering, substations, retaining structures, treatment systems or landscape execution are separately commissioned where required. Coordination alone does not imply that all infrastructure design, approvals or construction are included.

Industrial Workflow

Climate-controlled production and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

04 • Assembly

Crane Lift & Sign-Off

Swift crane installation, weather sealing and turnkey handover.

Frequently Asked Questions about this Service

How are district heating or central heat pump loops connected?

Sub-slab pre-insulated collector pipes branch directly into isolated MEP service shafts in each module cluster.

Can solar PV farms and EV chargers be integrated into the master infrastructure?

Yes; we coordinate peak power demand and micro-grid sub-stations directly into the site infrastructure package.
