Concrete foundations require on-site ground soil excavation, soil compaction, and local municipal inspections under national building codes. SERMODULA provides all certified anchor bolt layouts and reaction load diagrams.
Are kitchens and bathrooms fully finished upon arrival?
Yes. Sanitaryware, brassware, vanity units, mirrors, wall tiling, kitchen joinery and sink mixers are installed and pressure-tested in the factory prior to crating.
Who connects the modules to the destination municipal power and water grids?
Connection to external municipal mains must be executed by local licensed utility contractors who sign off the statutory connection permits required by local utilities.
What documents prove that the factory scope complies with standards?
We supply complete EN 1090-2 (EXC3) steel certificates, CE performance declarations, third-party weld test reports, and factory inspection dossiers (DOC-05 ITP).
