A plan shaped around its setting
The first stage establishes the accommodation schedule, site orientation, access and relationship to outdoor space. We explore layouts against the agreed brief and explain the effect of choices such as open living areas, accessible rooms, balconies or additional bathrooms. A catalogue model is not required to start.
Develop the selected design
Once a direction is selected, the commissioned package can progress through plans, sections, elevations and material intentions. Structural and services interfaces are coordinated as the design develops. Apartment projects also need shared circulation and core decisions; housing communities need clear relationships between individual types and the masterplan.
Keep decisions and changes visible
The offer states design stages, alternatives, review rounds and drawing outputs. Client-specific plans, 3D modelling and renders are paid work. Local permit submissions and signatures are identified separately. Before production design, layouts and key selections are approved so later changes can be assessed for their programme and cost effects.
