Detailed Methodology & Execution Scope
Make the room schedule specific
The scope can define floor and wall finishes, ceilings, internal doors, kitchen cabinets, worktops, sinks, taps and fixed storage. Bathrooms are recorded by item, including sanitaryware, shower components and cabinetry where selected. Appliances, loose furniture, curtains and decorative accessories remain separate choices rather than implied inclusions.
Coordinate appearance with services
Cabinet dimensions and equipment selections influence power, water, drainage and ventilation requirements. Maintenance access and the protection of finishes during transport are reviewed alongside appearance. For developments, agreed finish levels and approved substitutions help control variation across dwelling types while preserving a clear record of what each purchaser receives.
Approve before ordering
Material schedules and samples provide the basis for selection, subject to the agreed service. Approval dates are linked to procurement and production. A change after ordering is reviewed for availability, rework and schedule effects. The final proposal states which finishes are factory completed and which joints or adjustments remain on site.
