EN 1090 CE Compliance Certification
Pre-Shipment Digital Photo Inspection Log
Inputs Required from Client & Site
Approved production package, sign-off on material samples, and milestone manufacturing release.
Scope Boundaries & Clear Responsibilities
Modules are produced to agreed completion scope. Foundation concrete and external civil works are excluded.
Detailed Methodology & Execution Scope
Agree what leaves production
The specification records structural work, floors, walls, roofing, insulation, openings, services and interior items. It also states what remains for the destination site. Completion is described by work item, avoiding a single percentage that could hide important exclusions such as external connections, junction finishes or commissioning.
Control decisions and inspections
Material approvals, incoming checks and intermediate inspection points are organised around the production sequence. Concealed work requires particular attention before surfaces are closed. Progress records and the method of client review are agreed in advance, together with the process for recording and resolving nonconforming work.
Release batches for the right site sequence
Shipment planning links module identification, packaging and loading order to the installation programme. In a development, production batches can follow blocks or phases, subject to the agreed programme and available production arrangements. Capacity, facility details and firm lead times are confirmed for the actual order rather than treated as universal promises.
Standard 4-Step Delivery Process
All interfaces between engineering, factory line and on-site assembly follow a verified schedule.
Brief & Zoning
Site zoning, dwelling mix and preliminary budget limits defined.
BIM & Eurocode
Eurocode 3 structural frame and LOD 400 MEP coordination completed.
Module Assembly
Climate-controlled production and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Crane Lift & Sign-Off
Swift crane installation, weather sealing and turnkey handover.
Frequently Asked Questions about this Service
Where are the manufacturing plants located?
All volumetric modules are fabricated in SERMODULA's specialized industrial steel facilities in Türkiye.
Can clients inspect the production line in person?
Yes; client technical representatives or third-party inspection agencies are welcomed for factory hold-point milestones.
What level of turnkey completion is achieved in the factory?
Depending on contract specification, modules achieve between 85% and 95% full turnkey completion prior to dispatch.
Which quality and fabrication certifications are provided?
EN 1090-2 (EXC3) CE marking, ISO 9001/14001, welder qualification test records and detailed ITP inspection sign-offs.
What is the annual plant production capacity?
Approximately 1,200 volumetric modules per year, corresponding to over 40,000 m² of residential space.
