Modular Project Management
Unified timeline orchestration synchronizing factory manufacturing with destination groundworks and crane logistics.
Concrete Deliverables & Engineering Outputs
Every delivery includes fully coordinated CAD/BIM models, verified calculation sheets and quality acceptance records.
Critical Path Master Schedule (Gantt)
Bi-Weekly Milestones Progress Reports
Integrated Change Order & Decision Log
Inputs Required from Client & Site
Designation of authorized decision-maker, timely review of approval gates and attendance at progress reviews.
Scope Boundaries & Clear Responsibilities
Orchestrates design, factory, shipping and assembly deliverables; does not replace the client's statutory developer entity.
Detailed Methodology & Execution Scope
Create a shared programme
The programme links design approvals, local inputs, purchasing, production releases, shipment and site readiness. Critical client selections and third-party dependencies are visible alongside construction activities. A development may need separate phase and block schedules while keeping a clear view of shared infrastructure and overall completion objectives.
Keep decisions and changes traceable
A decision register identifies the subject, required date and authorised decision-maker. Proposed changes are reviewed for technical, commercial and programme effects before approval. Reporting focuses on completed work, upcoming decisions and unresolved issues, so stakeholders can act on the information rather than simply receive a status document.
Define the management appointment
The proposal identifies meetings, reporting, coordination outputs and the boundaries of authority. Management of third-party contracts or local approvals is included only where expressly agreed. Ordinary coordination already within a supplied service should not be charged again as an undefined additional management item; any separate appointment has its own deliverables.
Standard 4-Step Delivery Process
All interfaces between engineering, factory line and on-site assembly follow a verified schedule.
Brief & Zoning
Site zoning, dwelling mix and preliminary budget limits defined.
BIM & Eurocode
Eurocode 3 structural frame and LOD 400 MEP coordination completed.
Module Assembly
Climate-controlled production and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Crane Lift & Sign-Off
Swift crane installation, weather sealing and turnkey handover.
Frequently Asked Questions about this Service
How does offsite construction cut the project timeline by 50%?
While the site is being excavated and foundations poured, all modules are built concurrently in the factory, eliminating seasonal delays.
How are project risks and change orders controlled?
Rigid stage gates ensure no factory steel is cut before full design sign-off, protecting clients from cost inflation.
